Aimsir is inspired by the climate & weather represented through natural colours, materials and textures. The key restaurant focus is the central island pass where Jordan and his team add their finishing touches, bringing the kitchen experience to the centre of the restaurant. The premium cocktail bar adds a little chic to the arrival experience and offers the opportunity to try a range of Irish spirits. All bespoke furniture elements are hand crafted in Ireland matching the restaurant ethos.
The restaurant was awarded two Michelin Stars within six months of opening.
